The 2015 BET Awards are just around the bend and we have more details as to performers for the event. In a recent interview with Rolling Stone Cube revealed a special treat for fans of NWA.
We’re gonna be there with Snoop, Kendrick Lamar, ScHoolboy Q. It’s just gonna be one of those ‘I wish I were there in L.A. nights.’ And we’re gonna rock that sh*t, no problem.”
This news is sure to light LA on fire come June 27th at the BET Experience. The only mystery is currently surrounding whether or not Dr. Dre will show up to appear with the group. One would assume so with their biopic on the group coming soon but this quote lives the question to linger.
Will Dre be at the Staples Center, too?
“You know, if you wish upon a star, you never know [laughs]. You never know. It’s like, I hope he blesses us with his presence. But if not, I’ve been rockin’ for a long time without anybody. So whoever shows up, I’m still gonna rock. Whoever don’t show up, we still gonna rock.”
