Shortly after announcing her seventh album, This Is Acting, Sia has released her first single ‘Bird Set Free’. The track (co-written by Tobias Jesso Jr.) was originally intended for Adele and seems to be the reoccurring theme for the album. This Is Acting has an array of tracks originally written for artists like Beyonce and Rihanna, which has given the songstress the opportunity to assume different personas and say things she typically would not say.
