The record comes on the 20 year mark of the legend’s untimely death, and is well done with Horton once again flexing his sharp pen skills. For an added measure are Tupac’s quotes spreaded throughout, which goes to push the great foresight and provoking thoughts the late MC was always sure to showcase.
