You see in the deep South things are more spread out than in the heavily populated cities around the nation. The friendly neighborhood store down the street can be a life saver when it’s time to make a quick run.
Moss Point, Mississippi’s King Slo takes this concept and rolls with it on his new single “Corner Store”. A menacing self-produced beat lays the ground for him to speak on his escapades at the local quick stop. Fon assists with a melodic touch to help round the sound out.
