JQ aka Mr. 54, the Broward County born and raised artist started out writing music at 10 and transitioned into writing Rap music and making beats. Furthermore, following his Father footsteps. JQ is influenced by Old School Rap and Trap music. “Lauderdale Hot Boy” is the first single released from JQ’s upcoming mixtape “Progression 2”. This song was produced by JQ himself and filmed by Saudoff. The record and video pays homage of JQ’s hometown in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
