Inspired by the 90’s grunge and hard rock subculture, Los Angeles based Love Ghost successfully pays tribute to the most influential genre of rock, while creating a unique and modern sound. Produced by Eric Lilavois (Saint Motel, Surfer Blood) the single features heavy guitars, grunge-like melodies and driving drums. In regards to the video they said:
This is a music video which goes inside the mind of a high school shooter. We are high school students ourselves, and we know this is an epidemic in our country. We wanted to put ourselves into the mind of a shooter, to try to understand the loneliness, isolation, mental state and other factors that contribute. We hope this can begin a conversation toward hope and healing.
