“Time Don’t Stop” captures GEE PHAIZO at his best as he vows to leave his life of sin behind while flexing his icy vocals over the sombre production driven by guitar rifts and backed by thunderous 808 drums.
The hook proves to be the strongpoint, though as he rap sings, “When I look up in the sky all a nigga see is rain drops, the rain drops/Hey, I’m just hoping I don’t die I’m just hoping that the lane stops and the pain stops.”
2021 begins in a puff of smoke for GEE PHAIZO, as “Time Don’t Stop” arrives in conjunction with his recent visual single “Come Shop” featuring Teejak3k.
