Rappa’s Trappin In Tha Summer project is much more than a mixtape—or at least he intends for it to be in the near future.
The six track project inludes guest features from artists such as NHale, Santeezy, Dante’ Harris, Whokid Woody and more, and builds on Rappa’s popular Trappin In Tha Winter mixtape series. However, Rappa says he has plans for real-world iterations of the project sooner than soon.
“I would like to make a festival in the summer time called “Party In Tha Summer’ and Party In Tha Winter” and having all up and coming Artist from all over the state to perform,” he explained. “Going on tour like rolling loud and going to different cities.”
Don’t get it twisted, though, because Rappa’s plans for expansion don’t stop there. The Watt native says he also plans to tap into more niche markets while flooding his fanbase with even more music into the end of 2023.
“My plans are to release more music videos and more projects for the fans to tune into,” he said. “I will be releasing spanglish projects and collab projects with other artist who are talented.”
