Nocando is definitely a part of L.A.’s recent renaissance in hip hop. He states in the above video he has been all around the world and its obviously true. The clip features on location shots from a recent performance in Osaka, Japan. In regards to the city Nocando had the following to say:
From the 1st time I went to Osaka I was in love with the city because it reminded me of home. The sprawl, the street food, street clothes, people talked a lil slower than the people in Tokyo, had a diff accent/lingo. People are a little flashy out there. I was able to reflect on what I loved about my city because of the parallels that exist in Osaka.
