Ignite Mindz is a rapper/producer from Winston-Salem North Carolina. He’s done songs with Wordsworth and opened for Naughty By Nature. Ignite has equal respect for the new school and the Golden Eras and it shows here. This new track called Like has a gorgeous horn section with keys and a bass line that hits you right in the feels. 808s are great but sometimes a thick bass guitar is irreplaceable. Ignite floats amongst the instruments talking about focusing on the important things, celebrating the wins and recuperating from the grind.
