Compton hip-hop artist, West Haven Blast releases his latest studio project, titled “Movie.” The 11-track project, released via EMPIRE, features legendary West Coast artist, Kokane, BWA artist Breadwinner Kane, rising R&B artist Nico White and more. West Haven Blast is a hip-hop artist/producer hailing from the city of Compton, CA. A troubled youth, West became well acclimated with some of the ills of the inner city including gangs, homelessness, drugs and criminal activity as a member of the notorious ‘135 Piru’ street gang. After starring as the point guard on Banning High School’s (Wilmington, CA) basketball team, real life issues would prevent him from exploring his many scholarship opportunities. West then put his energy into his love for music.
