Born in the year of ’94 in “Delaney Homes Housing Projects” Jay Smallz came up from a harsh environment in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. That’s what inspired & allowed him to demonstrate his harsh surroundings & odd struggles through his music. Jay Smallz has been putting his all in his craft, only getting better as he keeps releasing new music.
