C.Shreve the Professor brings forth two new records “Let It Go” and “Mind Intercourse”

Let It Go was created amidst the difficulties of the pandemic, through the artists emailing tracks back and forth. Drugs Beats and the Professor were eager to follow the success of their 2020 single, Super Villains, with more classic NC boom bap feel–just pointed in a different lyrical direction.

On his most recent album, ILE.Pro, Shreve felt pressured to make songs that were relevant to the tumultuous events happening in the world. Let It Go is almost the reverse of that approach–it reminisces on previous stripes earned but emphasizes letting things go to progress and move forward.

The release is paired up with a B side song as well produced by Oak City Slums titled “Mind Intercourse.”
