Urban Heat has put a new spin on their popular song “Have You Ever?” and has brought in singer and producer Party Nails to collaborate. The track is synth pop magic and incorporates dark new wave and post punk influences as well for an ear-pleasing tune.
“Have You Ever?” is a contemplative and existential song all about questioning life choices and about the doubt we often feel. The Austin based trio Urban Heat create songs about mental health issues and relatable human struggles. Jonathan Horstmann of the band confides he often writes about “exploring the different ways our minds cope with a slow-moving apocalypse.”
