GF Anon Channels Hip Hop’s 50-Year History Into His ‘BluMan (Special Edition)’ Album

GF Anon continues his genre-bending artistic journey with his latest deluxe release album BluMan (Special Edition).

Following his recent “Clutch City,” single featuring King JVY B, along with the deluxe edition of his Forever Is A Long Time collab project with Off Beat Ninja, GF Anon circles back with a massive update of BluMan, inspired by the 50th anniversary of Hip Hop.

The 23-track offering delivers yet another dose of modern boom-bap rap coupled with soulful Jazz and nostalgic sampling.

A self-described fan and devout follower of artists and musicians such as John Coltrane, Nas, Tupac and many more, GF Anon has molded his entire career around soulful principles of creativity.

In fact, he revealed that part of the inspiration behind the project is that same power struggle between lower vibrations and one’s highest self. “The album is a tale of higher self vs lower self,” GF Anon said. “The tale of rehabilitation and finding out who you really are.”
