“Red, White, and Blue” shares an important narrative of how despite our differences, Americans are very similar. We all want great lives, healthy and happy friends and family and success. With their new single, FireBug shed light to this and how important it is to unite as Americans instead of be pulled apart. Band member Jules confides, “This is a song about peace, coming together, and moving away from the divisiveness that has permeated much of our culture here in the U.S. It’s also about recognizing the struggles of everyday people that come from all backgrounds who are just trying to live their lives free from the burdens that plague us all in varying degrees. We have more in common than what separates us. Ultimately, love is better than hate and there is hope the American dream is still attainable for us all.” The positive theme is set against a dynamic musical blend complete with unique drums, explosive guitar riffs and an infectious hook. What really shines is the seductive vocals, a strong rock n’ roll voice that needs to be heard.
FireBug have shared the stage with rock icons including Iggy Pop, The Cult, and Iron Maiden among others. With their new music, they are sure to gain new listeners across the globe.
