Jacksonville, FL native C. Frere is putting his all into the creation and exhibition of his upcoming EP Consigliere. The present single and video “Dessalines”, produced by Baton Rouge beatmaker Trel Itz A Hit (@trel_itz_a_hit), illustrates C. Frere’s authentic southern flow and standout lyricism.
When asked what he loves most about making music, C. Frere says, “I love hearing the thoughts and pictures I try to paint come alive how I saw it in my head. I love it when your finished product is what you envisioned.”
