Alt glam rocker Micky James has just released an almost 35 minute live concert special. Filmed at the iconic MET in Philadelphia, the iconic performer plays all his popular tracks with a full band but no audience due to the pandemic. Even without the roar of the crowd, the show feels energetic, invigorating and intoxicating.
Live At The Met also includes a special unreleased acoustic track entitled “Scars”. Bleeding vulnerability, “Scars” highlights Micky’s raspy vocals and 60s influences. He is influenced by distinctive and flamboyant faces of rock’s past including David Bowie and Jimi Hendrix in which he bleeds into his own music along with fresh sounds.
Take a watch of Micky James “Live At the Met- The Philadelphia Special’ and be transported back to your favorite club filled with live music.
