Austin based psychedelic, garage rock four-piece Animals On TV has just shared “MTV 2095”. The single and music video is the highlight off of their newly released three song EP.
“MTV 2095” is a synth heavy, rock n’roll affair with effervescent soundscapes, distorted auto-tuned rich vocals and kaleidoscopic melodies. The band wrote the song looking into the future as a narration of how crazy the current times are. Animals On TV also took inspiration from “digital Japan” and Electric Light Orchestra for an enthralling new single filled with unique sonics and the band’s signature humor. The music video is a fun story of the band as cavemen being enticed to join the aliens and finding their way into the future.
